By accessing or using the Zalvandi website (zalvandi.com) or participating in our workshops, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Description of Services
Zalvandi provides in-person educational workshops focused on household financial organization for Paraguayan families. Our workshops teach practical methods for tracking expenses, understanding utility bills, and creating monthly financial plans. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or sell financial products.
Workshop Registration and Attendance
Registration Process
Workshop registration is completed through our contact form or by direct communication with our team. Registration is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Zalvandi. We reserve the right to refuse registration to anyone for any reason.
Attendance Requirements
Our workshops consist of two consecutive Saturday sessions. Both sessions are required to complete the program. Missing either session means you will not have a complete financial organization system.
Workshop Fees
Workshop fees are communicated during the registration process. Payment terms and methods will be specified in your registration confirmation. Fees are subject to change, but any changes will not affect registrations already confirmed.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your workshop registration, contact us at least 7 days before the first session for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop may receive a partial refund at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case full refunds will be provided.
User Conduct
When using our website or attending workshops, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respect other participants and instructors
- Not disrupt workshop sessions
- Not record sessions without explicit permission
- Not share workshop materials without authorization
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Intellectual Property

Workshop Materials
Materials provided during workshops are for your personal use only. You may not share, sell, or distribute these materials to others. The methods and systems taught in workshops may be used for your own household financial organization.
